Food & Beverage Manager - Charlton Resorts

Job Description

Manage daily operations of all F&B / conference / meeting outlets, at the Royal Canadian Lodge and the Charltons Banff, ensuring the highest level of guest service is achieved. As a part of our revenue team, meet or exceed annual revenue and maximize the Food & Beverage profits by controlling departmental expenses.

Skill requirements:

  • A successful track record with a minimum two (2) years experience in Food & Beverage Management.
  • Must have excellent communication - both written and oral in addition to strong team building skills.
  • Working knowledge of Micros/Symphony POS preferred.
  • CLB level of English required: level 10
