The team: ATB Client Care makes over 2 million personal connections a year and provides world class service advice 364 days a year. Our Service Advice Specialists create virtual connections with new and existing ATB customers through a queue of inbound telephone calls to provide one-contact resolution for their general banking, online services and Mastercard product needs. Its our job as experts to make banking work for our customers by providing them the piece of mind, comfort and convenience of contacting us from anywhere and through the channel they choose. The role: Our customers value advisors who engage in conversation, ask open-ended questions, and actively listen with acknowledgement and empathy. As a Service Advice Specialist you are obsessed with providing WOW experiences for customers and always doing the right thing. That means going beyond the transaction, and truly getting to know the unique story of the person on the other end of the phone. You are a problem-solver, hungry to find innovative solutions for your customers challenges, because you have the great responsibility of creating happiness for Albertans each and every day. Banking is serious stuff, and engaging with customers over the phone isnt for everyone, but were not worried. You have previous banking and call centre experience under your belt or youre excited to transfer your skills and feel confident that this role is a fit for you, given its unique challenges.
Requirements Specific Accountabilties:
• Post-secondary education in finance or a business related field an asset • 3-5 years experience providing exceptional customer service in a professional work environment with a proven track record of success • Clear, concise, courteous and comprehensible communication skills • Digital Literacy; fluent in various communication devices and program applications in a digital and mobile environment • Proficient in the use of technological tools, software and platforms Special Considerations: • Fully flexible availability to be scheduled for rotational shifts between the hours of 7:00am 11:00pm, 7 days a week, including holidays, special scheduling accommodations not available • This position is based in our ATB Client Care located at our beautiful state of the art Calgary Campus.
