Job Overview 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as the Online Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist you will sort  and qualify sales leads as well as scheduling appointments for qualified leads. You also act as the first  point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure delivery of excellent customer service.  

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 

  • Addressing inquiries and provide consistent follow-ups with prospects in a professional and timely  manner. 
  • Sourcing leads from all marketing platforms, and addressing client inquires in a professional and  timely manner. 
  • Building and fostering positive relationship with leads, and circulating to Sales team when  necessary. 
  • Collaborating with management to effectively resolve customer issues and enhance customer  satisfaction. 
  • Monitoring and reporting on lead activity and sales conversion ratios. 
  • Managing online reviews platforms and engagement. 
  • Engaging with home buyers at possession and sourcing reviews and new home owner photos.  Supporting coordination and execution of showhome and/or special events to promote specific  developments and new project launches. 
  • Assisting in the development of the marketing strategy, collateral and launch event coordination  for new project launches and promoting consistency in branding standards. 
  • Tracking third-party websites and online advertising. Researching and staying current on  competitors’ online activities. 
  • Maintain and update website inventory for quick possession homes, standard models and new  promotions etc. 
  • Maintaining and updating quick possession handouts, model brochures and various print  marketing. 
  • Working with Sales Team on creating Hubspot work flows and additional support. Providing support for other projects or duties as assigned.

Essential Requirements 

  • Marketing Diploma/Degree or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience. 
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle. 
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record check. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint), Remote Access Systems (NewStar Sales), and CRM platforms (Hubspot). 
  • Social media platform experience including but not limited to Facebook/Instagram and TikTok. Virtual sales skills including using video conferencing platforms, and speaking clearly and  effectively on camera. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience managing a CRM database (Hubspot) is an asset.

Work Conditions 

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours with travel to site required. Overtime  may occasionally be required.
